On the day of Festa, please arrive no earlier than 11:00 am and no later than 12:30pm. No vendor will be accommodated outside of that window.

WEEK PRIOR

We will be sending out an e-mail to all registered vendors the week before the Festa to confirm the procedures for the day of the event.

check in

Local businesses who will set up in front of their stores do not need to check in. Check-in for vendors who do not have a storefront on Cedar or Main Street will be in the Parking Lot behind Village Hall between Oak and Elm Streets. Access to the lot is from Oak Street only. Check-in opens at 11:00 AM—do not arrive early and expect to be processed. We cannot allow vendors to take their space on the street until the streets have been closed.

Festa volunteers provide vendors with a card indicating the address/parking spot where they will be located for the event. Volunteers on Main and Cedar Streets will help newcomers.

unload, then park

Once you have unloaded your car, park it at the Waterfront Park at the train station. The Village provides a free shuttle to bring you back up into town. All cars must be off the streets by 1:00 PM. Parking will be provided free of charge.

BREAK DOWN

Vendors may leave the Festa prior to 8:00 PM, but no vehicles may reenter the streets until after 8:00 PM. All vendors and store owners need to be packed up and off the streets by 9:00 PM. The streets will then be cleaned and reopened to traffic by 10:00 PM. Restaurants are encouraged to remain open, but must have all of their equipment and patrons off of the street by 9:00 PM.

PARTICIPATION IS NOT MANDATORY

If you are a businesses along Main or Cedar and did not register, but decide to participate on the day of the Festa, you will be required to pay the vendor fee plus an additional processing fee. Non-participating businesses are not restricted from remaining open during the Festa, but shall be deemed “participating” if they have any activity on the sidewalk or street during the Festa. Non-participating businesses are not required to pay the fee, but cannot restrict the use of the space on the sidewalk and street in front of their store by registered vendors. No vendors are permitted to interfere with the entry way to stores. This policy ensures that everyone who participates in the Festa helps pay for the services provided (namely security and cleaning). Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
