Vendors (who do not have a Dobbs store front ) are asked to drive down Oak Street into the Municipal Parking lot where a card will be given to them indicating the address where they are to set up. There will be volunteers both on Main and Cedar Street to help newcomers. Set up is between 11.30 and 12.30. Once you have unloaded your car, you will have to park it at the Waterfront Park at the river front where you can get a free shuttle to bring you back up into town. No cars will be allowed on the streets after 1pm. Same procedure will be applied after 8pm, no cars will be allowed back on the streets before 9.30 pm If you are a store owner and did not sign up but plan on participating the day of, you will be asked to pay the fee with an additional "processing fee". If you are not planning on participating and do not want to pay the fee, you run the risk of having another booth set up on the parking space in front of your store. We have to implement this policy to make sure that everyone who does participate in the Festa pays for this event. Thank you for your understanding. |
